01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "tv666", "we", "us", "our" refers to the tv666 platform operated at https://tv666.lat and all associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tv666 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account opened by a Player on tv666 following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Platform" means the tv666 website, mobile-optimised site, and all related software, tools, features, and services available at https://tv666.lat.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, crash games, speciality games, and any other wagering products offered on the tv666 Platform.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting section of the tv666 Platform, including pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds, free spins, free bets, or other non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's Account under the terms of a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Credit amount must be staked on eligible Games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by tv666 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the tv666 Platform are denominated.
• "Business Day" means any day excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official Bangladesh public holidays.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tv666 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the tv666 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the tv666 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting support at [email protected].

tv666 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

03 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account on tv666 or to participate in any form of betting or gaming activity on the Platform. tv666 enforces a strict 21+ policy. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 Age Verification

tv666 may request documentary evidence of age at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: at the point of registration, prior to processing the first withdrawal, or at any time a compliance review is conducted. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid passport, or a birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

The tv666 Platform is operated for and directed at players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the tv666 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tv666 makes no warranty that the Platform is appropriate for use outside Bangladesh and accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access may be restricted or prohibited.

3.4 Mental Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal guardianship, conservatorship, or mental health order that restricts your ability to enter into contracts or to engage in gambling activity.

04 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on tv666. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tv666 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension.

4.3 Registration on Behalf of Third Parties

You may not register an Account on behalf of another person, allow any third party to use your Account, or accept any wager on behalf of another person through your Account. All account activity is the sole responsibility of the registered Account holder.

4.4 Account Approval

tv666 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal. Submission of a registration form does not guarantee that an Account will be approved or activated.

05 Account Security

5.1 Password Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. tv666 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must not disclose your password to any third party.

5.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify tv666 immediately by contacting [email protected] or via live chat. tv666 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

5.3 Device Security

You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the tv666 Platform is free from malware, keyloggers, and other malicious software that could compromise your Account security. tv666 recommends that you access the Platform only from trusted personal devices and that you log out fully after each session, particularly when using a shared device.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tv666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and tv666 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment method options at any time.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum single transaction limits and daily/weekly limits apply and are displayed in the Account cashier section. These limits may be adjusted at tv666's discretion and may vary by payment method and account verification status.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically credit to your Account balance within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on Business Days, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are issued to the same payment method used to make the deposit. tv666 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

6.5 Currency

All transactions on the tv666 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). tv666 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a payment provider prior to the funds reaching tv666 are the Player's sole responsibility.

6.6 Player Funds

Player funds held in Account Balances are kept segregated from tv666 operational funds. tv666 does not use Player funds for operational purposes. Your Balance reflects the real-money funds available to you for wagering and withdrawal, net of any pending withdrawals.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by tv666 are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, together with the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Credits awarded by tv666 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game categories, and validity period are specified in each bonus offer. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from a bonus offer do not contribute to the wagering requirement and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

tv666 monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of low-risk wagering strategies to meet wagering requirements, collusion between players to exploit bonus terms, or repeated registration of accounts solely to obtain welcome bonuses. Determination of bonus abuse is at tv666's sole discretion.

7.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available to eligible registered Players only. tv666 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a specific promotion or from all promotions at its discretion. Promotional offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available promotions but may still view current offers on the tv666 Rewards page.

08 Betting Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets

A bet or wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the tv666 system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets placed via the Sportsbook are subject to the market rules applicable to the specific sport, competition, and market type. Casino game rounds are final once the game engine has processed the outcome.

8.2 Void Bets

tv666 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered due to a technical error, an incorrectly set price, or where the result of an event is subject to official review or reversal. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

8.3 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets on cricket and other sports are subject to real-time odds movement. tv666 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during critical passages of play. Bets accepted prior to market suspension will stand unless voided under clause 8.2.

8.4 Maximum Win Limits

Maximum single-event payout limits apply to Sportsbook bets and are displayed in the relevant market. Casino game maximum win limits are set by the relevant game provider and are disclosed within each game's rules panel. tv666 is not liable for any amounts exceeding the published maximum win limit for any game or event.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tv666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Credits, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including a false date of birth or identity.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the tv666 Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate Platform functions.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or miscalculated odds to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the tv666 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Charging back any deposit made to your Account via a payment provider.
• Accessing the tv666 Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account or interfering with the Platform's security infrastructure.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tv666 staff or other Players.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tv666 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interface design, and source code, is the property of tv666 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tv666 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any game software or Platform code; use any data mining, scraping, or automated collection tools on the Platform; or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of tv666 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal proceedings.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tv666 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of Account Balance due to technical failure; interrupted access to the Platform; errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunction; and losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

tv666 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any content displayed on the Platform is accurate and complete at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In no event shall tv666's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim, regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, to the extent such exclusion would be unlawful under applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

tv666 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. All Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their Account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a defined duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying net session activity (time played and net win/loss).
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily block access to your Account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the chosen period has expired.

13 Termination of Accounts

13.1 Termination by tv666

tv666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to pass KYC verification; engagement in prohibited conduct; or at the direction of a relevant authority. Where an Account is closed due to a Player breach, any Balance may be forfeited at tv666's discretion.

13.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected] and requesting account closure. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with normal procedures. Any remaining Balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, your licence to use the tv666 Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, prohibited conduct, and limitation of liability — shall continue to apply following account closure.

14 Amendments to Terms

tv666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, tv666 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. However, it is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at https://tv666.lat/terms-conditions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into effect. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the tv666 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, tv666 encourages Players to first contact the support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. tv666 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from any dispute.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection law.
